Just a personal art and craft blog…
Doesn’t this card looks familiar? Previously I did one for Declan. This time, it’s for Jayden (his older brother)
A simple mother’s day card made with:
- a piece of A4-sized black paper
- liquid paper for writing the words
- colourful letterings
- heart-shaped origami
- a photograph
- checkered masking tape as border for photo
- other stickers (for notes/date)
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.-Psalm 100
Materials: Art card, patterned paper (as background), pink coloured paper (cut into strips for the handwritten words), tracing paper & buttons (for flowers), foam tape (to create 3D effect), twine.
This is a paper box! Materials:
- 2 pieces of square papers
- Punched out flower-shaped papers of 2 different sizes
- 3D flower-shaped rhinestones
- 3D butterfly designed paper embellishments
This is a card and little gift (a box filled with Skittles!) I gave Eunice during dinner on Valentine’s Day. Don’t be mistaken, we took Valentine’s Day as Sisters’ Day. There’s nothing wrong with us HAHA…
On the card: “Where the will of God leads you, the grace of God will keep you.”
By the way, the box with 2 hearts was DIY-ed with a template from ZO cards
Pardon the quality of the picture. It was snapped with my mobile. And that reminds me, I really need a new camera ASAP :/
Materials – patterned papers; old photographs etc…
These shall be used for my next project – a scrapbook compilation of both Candace’s & my childhood! We’ll be celebrating our birthdays real soon (we have the same birthday!); in a week’s time and I hope this will be ready by then
Stay tuned for my next post – the completed scrapbook
Little chocolate packs; card attached with the following poem:
Christmas is coming and so are the deer,
Listen closely and you will hear,
And along with them comes a special treat,
Reindeer droppings for you to eat!!
